Mississippi Roast
- 3 lbs. chuck roast
- 1 oz packet of dry ranch seasoning mix
- 1 oz packet of dry au jus gravy mix
- 6 Tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini’s
Instructions:
- Add water
- Place roast in crock pot followed by both seasoning mixes
- Top with butter; cut into tablespoon slices
- Surround roast with pepperoncini’s
- Cook on high for 4-5 hours
