Episode 5 | How to Make Mississippi Roast

Mississippi Roast
  • 3 lbs. chuck roast
  • 1 oz packet of dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 oz packet of dry au jus gravy mix
  • 6 Tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini’s
Instructions:
  1. Add water
  2. Place roast in crock pot followed by both seasoning mixes
  3. Top with butter; cut into tablespoon slices
  4. Surround roast with pepperoncini’s
  5. Cook on high for 4-5 hours
