Grilled Cheese
- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 slices of gruyere
- 2 slices of parmesan
- 2 slices of cheddar
- 2 Tablespoons of unsalted butter
Instructions:
- Spread softened butter across one side of each slice of bread
- Put one slice of buttered bread on the skillet
- Place cheeses on bread slice
- Top with the second slice of bread
- Move bread around as the cheese melts
- Cook until golden brown
- Flip and cook for another 2-3 min
- Lightly brush with butter
- Serve hot
