Episode 3 | How to Make Gourmet Grilled Cheese

Grilled Cheese
  • 2 slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 slices of gruyere
  • 2 slices of parmesan
  • 2 slices of cheddar
  • 2 Tablespoons of unsalted butter
Instructions:
  1. Spread softened butter across one side of each slice of bread
  2. Put one slice of buttered bread on the skillet
  3. Place cheeses on bread slice
  4. Top with the second slice of bread
  5. Move bread around as the cheese melts
  6. Cook until golden brown
  7. Flip and cook for another 2-3 min
  8. Lightly brush with butter
  9. Serve hot
